Tottenham Hotspurs made a statement of intent today by beating Manchester City and storming to the top of the Premier League table with a 2 nil win. Spurs just had 33 percent of the ball and four shots on target compared to City's 22 but still came out victorious in a classic smash-and-grab at Tottenham's London stadium

It was Spurs first shot on target 59 minutes into the game, with Mourinho's side soaking up the pressure throughout the game.
Despite City pressure Mourinho's men scored another well taken goal, this time by substitute Giovani Lo Celso who was on the pitch for only 35 seconds.
